Mommy & Me
Ages 1-3 years old
This class is designed for children under 3 years of age.
We have a special gym area full of gymnastics equipment and visual aids designed specifically for these youngsters and their developemental needs.
Since this area is walld off from the main gym the way children will get lots of attention and wont be distracted by other activities.
The Instructors will set up an obstacle course going through the entire facility and equipment.
The obstacle courses are specially designed to help enhance locomotion skills, social skills, hand-eye coordination and working with other children and
to learn important concepts like taking turns, following directions, and listening skills.
The last few minutes of the class the children can enjoy the 8ft deep tramp-foam pit and swing on the 22ft long roap and work on their upper body strength and selfconfidence.
